The Emerging Leaders Program is a vocational discernment program of the Healthy Church Leaders Initiative of the Asian American Leadership Center (AALC).

Our team of teachers and mentors are equipped to help emerging leaders become culturally competent to serve effectively in Asian American Christian settings in the Bay Area.

Cohort members will walk through four learning opportunities over a 8-10 month period…

Participants will be asked to donate what they are able, and encouraged to seek financial assistance from their churches or supporters. Healthy Church Leadership Initiative will also raise funds to subsidize the cost of participation.
